Rafael Reyes, Operations Manager & AI Systems Builder

Operations Manager & AI Systems Builder

I run operations and build the systems behind them: internal tools, AI agents, websites and SOPs.

Most operations people inherit a process and keep it alive. Most developers build a tool and hand it over. I sit in the overlap: close enough to the work to know what actually breaks, and technical enough to fix it properly.

Selected work

Thirteen projects across six organisations. Some are software, some are process, some are both. The useful ones usually are.

More work

Six ways I make a business run.

Each one comes with proof: the case studies that show it working.

Nine years, six organisations.

Three sectors, one throughline: I arrive where the process lives in somebody's head, and leave it written down and running.
